Tread Plate

We cut tread plate to size. The standard sheet size is 2500mm x 1250mm.

GUILLOTINING

We guillotine all grades up to 12mm thick, to our customer’s specifications.

Hex bar

There are a large range of sizes in hex bar. Standard lengths are approximately 3meters.

Hollow Bar

The standard grade of hollow bar is 316ss. We manufacture other grades too, depending on the lengths required.

Mesh

We supply woven, welded and raised mesh, in sheets and rolls. Mesh is also used for re-inforcement.

PERFORATED SHEET & PLATE

Standard size is 2500mm x 1250mm, but we can also manufacture to the customer’s requirements, with different apertures and pitches.

Pipes & Fittings

Pipes have thicker walls and are stronger than tubing. Standard lengths are 6meters but we do also cut to your required length. We supply all pipe fittings too, i.e. elbows, Tee’s, sockets, flanges etc.

Plates

Plate sizes are 2500mm x 1250mm, ranging from 4mm to very thick plate. We also cut to required size and shape.

Profiling Processes

Stainless steel can be high-definition profiled,laser-cut, water jet cut and plasma cut to any shape required.

We offer all stainless steel sections in any length i.e. angle, flat bar, round bar, channel and square bar. Standard lengths are 6 meters.

Sheets

Sheet sizes are 2500mm x 1250mm, ranging from 0,5mm to 3mm. We offer all grades of stainless steel and also cut to your required size and bend to shapes.

Available in various sizes and thicknesses.

We have tempered and un-tempered spring steel in many grades and forms.
